I went crazy with the cat pics and did a pile of them yesterday, on the driveway and in front of the TV. They are all of Chloe drawn from life.

Chloe, My Cat & My Future Projects
My sketch topics are everyday ones of people and scenery, including my travel pics. Now we are in Winter I won't be doing much travel for a few months or going outdoors too often. I hate the cold! I also participate in a monthly portrait group.
Regarding my cartoons I left unfinished 'The Peasant' but am presently revisiting Lawnmower Man. Mick and Hoppa also get a look in as his neighbors. I'll also be doing a short series of Mick and Hoppa in Space.
Long term, I want to do some sketches and cartoons stemming from family history.
Very long term I want to put much of my sketches and cartoons in a book.
Below, is my regular model, and constant companion, Chloe the cat.

Sunday June Portrait group
I took time out from drawing our sitting subject to draw one of the artists (and engineer), Lydia. I am really happy with this sketch where I used calligraphy pen for bold lines.
Below: John was the sitting subject for the group. He has very strong features.
